We offer FREE shipping to all USA addresses! Our processing time for all orders is 7-14 business days, unless otherwise stated. 

Once your order has been placed, we get to work right away to carefully prepare and package your items for shipment. After the processing of your order is complete, you can expect it to be shipped out to the delivery address provided during checkout. To keep you informed every step of the way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package until it safely reaches your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please see below our shipping options and estimated delivery times. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO THE USA:

We ship using USPS Ground Advantage which takes approximately 3-5 business days.

   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We offer worldwide international shipping via USPS. Shipping times and cost may vary based on the option chosen at checkout. Please see below our International USPS shipping methods:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days)
  • USPS First Class Package International (7-21 business days)

 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please, however, send us an email at info@brittanyashleycollection.com with any concern, including pictures, you may have and we will rectify the issue as best as we can, especially if the issue is ours! We will be happy to issue an exchange. There may, however, be a small fee to cover the return shipping. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the product. Feel free to reach out.
